Service: mudwho service

Description:
This is a service that works similar to the 'rwho' service of
Unix-like systems (old stuff). It gives you information about
who is logged in in what MUD. It works with specially prepared
	MUD-sites only.

In ancient times Nemesis was connected to the mudwho-server at
	nova.tat.physik.uni-tuebingen.de (134.2.62.161) port 6889.
Simply telnet to that port/address and you could see who is on
	which MUD logged in.

Note:
Currently mudwho is NOT active in/for Nemesis! The above is old
	stuff and out-of-date!
