Command: news - shows the news

Description:
	The command shows the news you already have got after logging in/
	reconnecting. Without argument it shows you the news regardless
	how old they are and whether you already read them or not.

	With (any) argument it shows the news only if they are really new.

	For players/adventurers, general news and special player/adventurers
	news are displayed, for wizards general news and special wizard news.

Syntax:
	news
	news <argument>

Examples:
	news
	news blah
