Command: harbour/harbours - lists harbours and lets you jump there
Description:
Lists all registered harbours/ports/jetties with their full
filename, their short descriptions and the corresponding numbers.
Use the corresponding number as argument to jump there.
Syntax:
harbour
harbours
harbour <number>
harbours <number>
Examples:
harbour
harbour 10
Note:
The numbering of the harbours is permanent. Only in rare occasions
they might change.
If no short description is shown, the room is not loaded at the
moment.
In former times there were two commands: 'harbours' to list them
and 'harbour <number>' to jump there. This changed with the new
management of the ships.
This command is a bit like those commands for lazy wizards as
listed in See also: below. But there is no easy way to find all
harbours.
Wastl ('whois wastl' or https://nemesis.de/lpc/bin/finger/wastl )
and Kiri ('whois kiri' or https://nemesis.de/lpc/bin/finger/kiri )
developed the new management of the ships in February 2016. Wastl
coded it.
The former management of the ships was developed and coded by Junky
('whois junky' or https://nemesis.de/lpc/bin/finger/junky ) in the
1990s.
