Command: heal - healing a living being

Description:
	Healing yourself, a testplayer or a monster totally. Spell points
	are restored, too.

	The living being to be healed first is looked for in the room you
	are in (or if you carry it ;-) , there first at all - according
	to the numbering - see 'help numbering'). Afterwards 'heal'
	searches for an interactive being and finally for any being in the
	game.

Syntax:
	heal <being>

Note:
	Applying this to regular players is considered cheating.

	To search first for a present being was introduce as there are
	many creatures of the same living name.
