Description:
	Wizards and domains can create a directory ".web" in their
	directory: /players/<wizard>/.web/ or /d/domain/.web/

	If contains an "index.html" file, it is added to the page
	"Homepages of Wizards & Domains" https://nemesis.de/homes/ .
	This is automatically checked and created once a day.
