Command: wizlist - the popularity and resource consumption of castles

Description:
The wizard list or since the old days wizard and domains list.

It is NOT the purpose of the game, to be on the top of this list.
But it is useful for checking consumption and usage of castles.

A wizard (or a domain) gets one point for every command the wizard
(or the domain) has defined when it is used by a player. It is quite
easy to cheat, of course, but cheating wizards are simply removed
from the game (and the list).

The score decays with 1 % every reset, and is saved and restored
from file on restart of the game.

If there are many wizards/domains, not all wizlist data is printed.
Give name of wizard or domain as argument if you want to look at a
	particular wizard/domain.

	Columns:
1:	Name of wizard or domain.
2:	Score of the wizard's castle or the domain area.
	3:	Score % of total.
	4:	Rank () sorted by column 2.
5:	Total number of evaluated nodes.
6:	Total number of heart beats.
7:	Experience + money given to players by this wizard/domain.
8:	Total number of indices used in arrays.

Syntax:
	wizlist
	wizlist <domain>
	wizlist <wizard>

Examples:
	wizlist
	wizlist city
	wizlist snake

Note:
'wizlist' could be abbreviated with 'wlist'.
