Name: catch_tell - get a message

Syntax:
	catch_tell(string message)

Description:
	Whenever a living gets a message through the say or tell_object
	efuns it can trap it using catch_tell.

	The argument to catch_tell is a string containing the message.

	Non-living objects can use catch_tell, if they have called
	enable_commands() before.

Return value: ignored
