If an adventurer could dive somewhere, this is up to the coding wizard.
It might depend on something like a portable air supply ;-) Have a look
at /room/sea.c . How long an adventurer will be able to stay in
"P_UNDER_WATER" is also up to you. But any obj/torch will be doused there
and will become wet ...
