Nemesis bulletin boards: LPC bulletin board, note 23

P_AREA property (Teddy, Nov 26 2017, 50)
I have extended the set_prop manual with a (proposed) set of strings
for the P_AREA property.
Now, please set P_AREA in your rooms, so we can add features like:
- generic undead monsters regenerating in graveyards
- Magic spells working in specific areas (think of necromancer spells)
- Items reacting to the environment type
and many more.

Already coded is that any /obj/torch decendents can not be lit while
in an area "in water". So, while it does not get wet (like in
P_UNDER_WATER rooms) it's really hard to handle a flint when waist
deep in water!

The P_AREA list is expected to be extended, so if you have another
idea for a generic area type ("desert" just came to my mind), please
discuss it!

Here you can discuss LPC issues like how to code this and that,
who has coded something like this or how that works etc.
As there are no real "secrets" on this board it is now
