Command: look/examine - shows the room resp. examines something/someone closer
Description:
'look' is the standard command to look at items. 'look' without
arguments shows your environment, the room you are in.
With 'look at <item>' you can take a closer look at objects in your
environment or your inventory.
And 'items' can be items you see in the room obviously, but also
living beings (other adventurers and "monsters") AND items mentioned
in the description in a room.
You can also look at "item number X" - see Examples: below and 'help
numbering'.
And 'examine' is synonymous with 'look at'.

Note:
'look' can be abbreviated to 'l', 'lo', etc. 'examine' to 'x' and
'ex', 'exa', etc.
Nemesis has some gamewide descriptions of things that seem not to
have a particular description. For instance you can examine whispers,
or a smile.
